Product Delivery

1）Product Packaging: At the time of delivery, the products will come with an authenticity label and Lukfook exquisite jewellery box or exclusive packaging, and will be carefully packed with additional cushioning packaging materials and placed in a cardboard box for optimal protection during shipping. The products will be delivered to the valid address by a designated third-party courier service provider.

2）Upon delivery of the products, the recipient must produce a valid original identity document with photo for identity verification, and open the box in the presence of the courier service provider to confirm the products and sign for the delivery. Signing for the delivery on behalf of the recipient is not allowed.
