1)The products could not be refunded nor exchanged once they are signed for upon delivery.
2)Maintenance and Repair: Customers can bring the products to Lukfook Jewellery branches for professional after-sales services upon presenting the valid electronic sales receipt.
3)Repair works may cause depletion of the metal part. Actual depletion depends on the design, weight and wear and tear of the product. There may be deviation in appearance or weight after the repair work, and the customer shall bear the relevant risks and accept the product in the "as is" condition.
